Terms of service
These terms apply to the Time Tracker software: the server published at time-tracking-google-calendar-mcp and the app published at time-tracker-client. By installing, running or using either, you agree to them.
The software is open source
Time Tracker is released under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify and redistribute it under that license's conditions. The license text in each repository governs if it conflicts with anything here.
You run your own copy
Time Tracker is not offered as a hosted service. Whoever sets up a copy of the server is responsible for that copy: for the hosting account it runs in, for the Google Cloud project and credentials it uses, for who is allowed to sign in, and for complying with the terms of Google, WorkOS and the hosting provider.
Your Google account and your data
Time Tracker acts on your Google account only with the permissions you grant it, and only on the calendar and spreadsheet it creates there. Your records remain yours and remain in your Google account. You can revoke Time Tracker's access and delete those records at any time, as described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Time Tracker to access any Google account or data you are not authorised to access, to interfere with Google's or other providers' services, or to break any applicable law.
No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. It is a personal project maintained in spare time, and may contain bugs, change without notice, or stop being maintained.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the authors and contributors are not liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from the software or its use, including loss of data in your Google account. You are encouraged to keep your own backups.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always the one published at this address, with its effective date above.
